摘　　要："■"是一个在中国文献失载的汉字,但是在古代朝鲜的汉语读本《朴通事》中有用例,根据其中的谚文注音和释义说明""字的读音是zan,是一种肉汤汆蛋的烹饪方法。Zan （■） is a character not recorded in Chinese documents, but was used in the Chinese textbook Piaotongshi（朴通事） in ancient Korea. According to the ancient Korean phonetic notation and annotation, the sound of Zan （■） is zan and Zan （■） represents a kind of cooking method that the egg is boiled in the broth.
