摘 要:目的:了解不同学历护生临床实习前后心理弹性状况,探讨临床实习对护生心理弹性的影响。方法:采用一般资料问卷和中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对500名不同学历的护生临床实习前后进行问卷调查;实习结束后对护理部和学校专管实习的教师进行访谈。结果:实习前,中专学历护生的心理弹性总均分为83.262±12.408,专科83.509±11.147,本科86.809±10.469,方差分析显示具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实习后,中专学历护生的心理弹性总均分为83.473±12.74,专科88.522±12.61,本科92.181±13.748,方差分析显示具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。本组护生实习前后心理弹性总分分别是84.553±11.572、87.821±13.593,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:实习前后不同学历护生心理弹性差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中学历是影响护生心理弹性的重要因素;而临床实习对不同学历的护生心理弹性有明显的影响。因此,实习前、后学校和医院都应建立一套完整的心理弹性保护体系,以提高学生应对挫折和适应社会的能力,从而促进护生身心健康,提高临床实践教学质量。Objective To investigate the level of resilience of the nursing students with different academic qualifications before and after clinical practice and analyze the influence of clinical practice on the resilience. Methods Totally 500 nursing students with different academic qualifications were investigated using a general data questionnaire and Chinese version of Connor - David- son Resilience Scale (CD -RISC) before and after clinical practice. The secretaries in charge of clinical practice belong to nurs- ing department and the teachers who were responsible for these students were invited for interview when the clinical practice was o- ver. Results Before clinical practice, the nursing students from technical secondary school gained 83. 262 ± 12. 408 in average, the junior college nursing students gained 83. 509 ± 11. 147 in average and the undergraduate nursing students gained 86. 809 ±10. 469 in average. Variance analysis showed that there were significant differences among nursing students with different educa- tional backgrounds ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After clinical practice, the nursing students from technical secondary school gained 83.473 ± 12. 74 in average, the junior college nursing students gained 88. 522 ± 12.61 in average and the undergraduate nursing students gained 92. 181 ± 13. 748 in average. There were significant differences too ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The resilience of all these nursing students,with the average score of 84. 553 ± 11. 572 before clinical practice and the data changed to 87. 821 ± 13. 593 after they finished their clinical practice. There were still significant differences among nursing students with different educational back- grounds ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion No matter before or after the clinical practice there were significant differences among nursing students with different educational backgrounds which showed that education was an important factor influencing the resilience;The clinical practice made an obvious influence on these nursing students.
