摘  要:目的测定泰安地区塑料包装饮料双酚A(Bisphenol A,BPA)的含量,分析饮料出厂时间与BPA含量相关性,并进行膳食风险评估。方法随机抽取130件样品,经提取、固相萃取净化后,采用超高效液相色谱质谱联用法(UPLC-MS)检测样品中的BPA含量并用S-N-K检验与Spearman相关性检验等进行统计分析(α=0.05)。结果塑料包装饮料中BPA检出率为100%,各类别饮料BPA平均含量在0.01203~2.7773μg/L之间,均小于我国生活饮用水卫生标准双酚A限定值10μg/L;各类别饮料出厂时间与双酚A含量呈正相关(P<0.05);该市饮料中的双酚A暴露量占TDI的0.0008%~0.4216%,远小于1。结论泰安地区塑料包装饮料普遍含有BPA,BPA膳食风险在可接受范围内。结论泰安地区塑料包装饮料普遍含有BPA,但BPA膳食风险在可接受范围内。Objective The study aimed to determine the Bisphenol A (BPA) contents in commercially available beverages with plastic package in Tai'an and analyze the correlation between the time of storage of beverage and BPA contents, and thus to evaluate the dietary risk. Methods A total of 130 samples were selected, and treated with extraction, solid-phase extraction, and purification. BPA contents in the tested samples were detected with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS), and statistically analyzed with S-N-K test and Spearman correlation test (α=0.05). Results The detection rate of BPA in the beverages with plastic package was 100%, and average BPA contents in different beverages were between 0.01203g/L-2.7773g/L, which were lower than the China's national hygienic standard BPA limit for drinking water 10 g/L. The durations after delivery of different beverages were positively related with BPA contents (P〈0.05). The exposure volumes of BPA in beverages sold in the city accounted for 0.0008%-0.4216% of TDI, which were far below 1. Conclusion BPA is generally contained in commercially available beverages with plastic package in Tai 'an, and the dietary risk of BPA is within an acceptable range.
