摘 要:目的回顾性汇总分析2016年江苏省哨点医院食源性疾病病例监测系统和暴发监测系统相关病例信息,以了解系统早期识别预警疑似食源性疾病暴发事件的能力与存在的不足,为当地食源性疾病综合防控提供科学依据。方法收集2016年江苏省食源性疾病暴发监测报告系统与哨点医院食源性疾病病例监测系统相关监测数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2016年共收集监测病例信息26 848份,监测系统暴露信息总体完整率为44.47%;回顾性汇总分析哨点医院监测系统病例信息,发现疑似食源性疾病暴发事件数为259起,2016年食源性疾病暴发监测报告系统共报告食源性疾病暴发事件数为143起,比对分析发现,两系统一致报告的事件数为20起;一致性事件中哨点医院监测系统报告时间比食源性疾病暴发事件发生时间滞后,中位滞后时间为6.50 d。结论江苏省哨点医院食源性疾病病例监测系统具有较强识别疑似食源性疾病暴发事件能力,但是系统病例信息总体完整率较低,系统上报时间具有一定滞后性,疑似食源性疾病暴发事件存在漏报现象。Objective The study was conducted to retrospectively analyze the monitoring system of foodborne disease cases and outbreak in sentinel hospitals in Jiangsu Province in 2016, to assess the ability and deficiency of system on early identify suspected foodborne disease outbreak, so as to provide scientific reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of local foodborne disease. Methods The data of foodbome disease outbreaks monitoring reporting system and surveillance results of food borne diseases from sentinel hospitals in 2016 in Jiangsu Province were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 26848 cases were reported by foodborne disease reporting system in 2016, The overall integrity rate of exposure information of the monitoring system was 44.5%. Case information from the monitoring system of the sentinel hospitals was retrospectively analyzed, and 259 outbreaks of suspected foodborne disease were indicated. According to the foodborne disease outbreak monitoring and reporting system in 2016, 143 outbreaks of foodborne disease were reported. It was suggested by comparison analysis that a total of 20 events were jointly reported by the two systems. Among the 20 events, the reporting times of the monitoring system of the sentinel hospitals lagged behind the reporting times of the foodborne disease outbreak system with a median lag time of 6.5 days. Conclusion The foodborne disease case monitoring system of the sentinel hospital in Jiangsu Province shows high performance in identifying a suspected outbreak of foodborne disease, but the overall integrity rate of case information from the system is low. The reporting time of the system shows certain lagging, and some suspected outbreaks of foodborne disease might be misreported.
