摘　　要：本研究通过分析德育保障与研究生培养质量的有机联系、导师和辅导员合力育人面临的困境表现及原因,最终完成了研究生导师和辅导员合力育人协调机制构建的探索,以期本研究起到促进研究生培养质量提高的作用。By analyzing the quality of graduate education and moral education to ensure the organic connection, teacher and counselor education, the manifestations and causes of the plight of the tutor and finally completed the counselor together education coordination mechanism construction of exploration, in this study helps to raise the quality of graduate education.
