健全以人为本保障体系下的高职教学督导机制改革的建构研究

摘　　要：本文以健全以人为本保障体系下高职学校教学监督机制的必要性为主要出发点,分析当前高职院校教学督导机制存在的不足,并重点探讨健全以人为本保障体系下的高职教学督导机制改革的构建策略。Based on the necessity of perfecting the teaching supervision mechanism of higher vocational colleges under the people-orient- ed guarantee system, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the current teaching supervision mechanism in higher vocational colleges, and probes into the construction strategy of the reform of the supervision mechanism under the people-oriented guarantee system.
