摘　　要：2016年8月,2016教育技术国际论坛暨院长、系主任联席会议在东北师范大学召开。围绕"技术·教育·社会:互联网+时代教育技术支持服务"这一主题,国内外教育技术专家、学者进行了深入的研讨和经验交流。介绍会议的概况,并根据会议的内容进行了梳理和总结,对参会的报告进行了综述,呈现出教育技术在互联网+时代中的创新应用、未来的发展方向、存在的挑战以及最新的成果和理念。International Forum on Educational Technology （IFET） was held in Northeast Normal University from December 18th to 20th , 2016. This forum,centering the theme of Mtechnology - Education - Society： Internet plus age education technology support service＂ ,was distinctive and exciting . Domestic and foreign educational technology experts and scholars have carried out in - depth re-search and exchange of experience. This paper introduces the survey of the conference, and to collate and summarize according to the content of the meeting, the participants of the report were reviewed, showing the innovative application of technology in education, In-ternet plus era in the future direction of development, the challenges and the latest achievements and ideas.
