摘 要:为了降低员工流失率,增强ZA物业管理公司的团队稳定性,采用问卷调查和访谈等方式,以ZA公司作为研究对象,对其基层员工的工作满意度加以分析,在阐述ZA企业基层员工流失率和平均工龄的基础上,通过调查数据分析了基层员工的工作状况与存在问题,从而在改善工作条件、解除后顾之忧;开展多种经营、提高员工待遇;丰富沟通渠道、体现人文关怀;建设企业文化、提高员工归属感;建全职业规划制度,拓宽员工升迁渠道等方面提出对策.In order to reduce the staff turnover rate and enhance the stability of the team about ZA Property Management Company. The paper took ZA Company as the research object,and analyzed the job satisfaction of the basic level employee by means of questionnaire and interview. Based on elaborating the loss rate and the mean seniority about grassroots employees in ZA Property Management Company,the paper analysis about the work status and problems of the grass-roots staff through the survey data,then put forward some countermeasures,such as to relieve the menace from the rear in improving working condition; to carry out a variety of business,improve the treatment of employees; rich communication channels,embodies the humanistic care; the construction of enterprise culture,improve the staff's sense of belonging; to perfect the occupation planning system,to broaden the channels of promotion and so on.
