双导制在民办本科院校的探索与应用

摘　　要：双导制是近年来普通本科院校探索的应用型人才的一种人才培养模式,文章在结合民办本科院校的办学目标、人才培养模式和学生自身特点的基础上,通过文献调研法、访谈法和对比法,提出了双导制具体的实施方法,介绍了成功实施双导制的关键内容和合理的保障措施,实施结果表明,双导制的实施得到了师生的共同认可,实现了"1+1>2"的教学效果。Dual-mentor system is a talent training mode that has been studied in various ordinary undergraduate colleges in recent years. On the basis of the school target, training mode and student characteristics of Qingdao Institute of Technology, this paper presents the specific implementation method of the dual guidance system through documentary research, interview and comparison.This paper introduces the key contents and reasonable safeguard measures for the successful implementation of dual-mentor system.The results show that the practice of dual-mentor system has been recognized by both teachers and students, and the effect of ＂1 ＋1 2＂ has been achieved.
