影响护生参与高仿真模拟教学的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析影响本科护生参与高仿真情景模拟教学的相关因素。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对12名本科护生进行深入访谈,使用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果:影响因素可归纳为学习态度与心理特征、高仿真情景模拟实训课程设置与管理、团队协作能力、真实感四个主题。结论:应提高护生的学习主动性,增强其自信心,完善课程设置和管理,缩短临床差距,培养团队协作意识,优化实训课程模式,以利于后期高仿真模拟教学的开展。Objective To analyze the impact factors of undergraduate nursing students involved in high simulation scene simulation teaching. Methods：Twelve undergraduate nursing students were interviewed by phenomenological research in qualitative research,and analyzed the data by using content analysis method. Results： The influencing factors can be grouped into four themes： learning attitude and psychological characteristics,high simulation scene simulation training course setting and management,teamwork ability and realism. Conclusion： It is necessary to improve the learning initiative of nursing students,enhance their self-confidence,improve the curriculum and management,shorten the clinical gap,train the team＇s cooperation consciousness and optimize the training course mode so as to facilitate the development of the later high-fidelity simulation teaching.
