摘  要:为了研究纵轴式掘进机截割系统动态响应特性,基于Pro/E和ADAMS联合建立了截割系统振动分析动力学模型;并通过施加简谐激励对截割系统进行受迫振动特性分析,得到3处响应敏感的共振频率。采用锤击法对掘进机截割系统施加激振力,进行试验模态研究。选取复模态单自由度拟合法进行数据拟合,得到截割系统在竖直方向上的前5阶试验模态参数。研究结果表明:第1阶、第2阶试验模态固有频率分别与20 Hz、120 Hz仿真共振频率相近;第3阶、第4阶和第5阶试验模态固有频率则没有相近的仿真共振频率与其对应。说明采用简谐激励进行振动仿真并不能完全激励出截割系统的共振响应频率,而采用试验模态分析法,在验证仿真分析结果的同时,还可获得更为完整的截割系统模态参数。In order to study the dynamic response characteristic of longitudinal roadheader cutting system,vibration analysis dynamic model of cutting system was established based on Pro/E and ADAMS,forced vibration characteristic was analyzed by adding harmonic excitation,and 3 resonance frequencies was obtained. Exciting force for cutting system was added by hammering method to do the experiment modal analysis. The former 5 order experiment modal parameters were obtained by complex modal single degree of freedom method The results show that the 1st and 2nd order experiment modal natural frequencies are close to the simulation resonance frequencies of20 Hz and 120 Hz respectively,but the 3rd,4th and 5th order experiment modal natural frequencies have no corresponding simulation resonance frequencies,which illustrates that the vibration simulation with harmonic excitation cannot completely excite the resonance frequency responses of the cutting system,however using experiment modal analysis method can verify the simulation analysis results and obtain more complete modal parameters of the cutting system.
