摘 要:整合主动性人格理论、知识管理理论、情境理论和商业模式创新理论,构建一个由高管主动性人格、组织间知识共享、环境不确定性、商业模式创新所组成的理论研究框架,深入探讨高管主动性人格对商业模式创新的影响机制。通过对356份企业高管调查数据的层级回归和Bootstrap分析后发现:(1)高管主动性人格能够促进商业模式创新;(2)组织间知识共享在高管主动性人格与商业模式创新关系中起部分中介作用;(3)环境不确定性对高管主动性人格与组织间知识共享关系起正向调节作用,但对高管主动性人格与商业模式创新的直接关系起负向调节作用。On the integration of proactive personality theory, knowledge management theory, situational theory and business model innovation theory, the study proposes a theoretical research framework containing four variables Top-manager proactive personality, knowledge sharing among organizations, environmental uncertainty and business model innovation. Based on this, the study intends to explore the influence mechanism of top-manager proactive personality on business model innovation. Through hierarchical regression and Bootstrap analyses on the 356 top managers in China, it finds that: (1) Top-manager proactive personality have an significantly positive effect on business model innovation; (2) Knowledge sharing among organizations is able to partly mediate the relationship between top-manager proactive personality and business model innovation; (3) Environmental uncertainty positively moderates the relationship between top-manager proactive personality and knowledge sharing among organizations, but negatively moderates the direct relationship between top-manager proactive personality and business model in- novation.
