历史地理学视野下的地域性中医学术流派研究

摘　　要：历史地理学是研究历史时期地理环境及其演变规律的学科,地域性中医学术流派是对某一特定地域医家特点的整体概括。以新安医派、岭南医派、齐鲁医派等为例,揭示地域性中医学术流派的历史地理学属性,提出将历史地理学的方法引入到地域性中医流派研究中,并初步构建了地域性中医学术流派的历史地理学研究模型。该模型以地理学属性为横轴,以历史学属性为纵轴,诸多因素的共同作用,才形成了不同地域性中医学术流派。此模型可用于评价揭示地域性中医学术流派的时空属性及历史价值。Historical geography is a subject of studying geographical environment and its evolution law in historical period. Regional academic schools of Chinese medicine are overall summary of physicians＇ characteristics in a certain region. Taking Xin＇an School,Lingnan School,and Qilu School as examples,the authors reveal the attribute of historical geography of regional academic schools of Chinese medicine,put forward using historical geography method to study regional schools of Chinese medicine,and establish the study model for historical geography of regional academic schools of Chinese medicine preliminarily. The attribute of geography is the horizontal axis of the model,and the attribute of history is the vertical axis. Different regional academic schools of Chinese medicine were formed by combining action of multi factors. The model could be used to evaluate and reveal the time-space attribute and historical value of regional academic schools of Chinese medicine.
