摘  要:我国由工程大国迈向工程强国的战略转变迫切需要大批创新型工程人才,复杂环境问题的解决尤其需要工程实践能力强、具有创新意识和国际视野的复合型人才,这对我国高等工程教育改革和环境工程本科人才培养提出了新的挑战。我们基于"面向工程、国际合作、提升创新、注重复合"的新型培养理念,采取一系列培养措施构建"工程化、国际化"环境工程本科创新人才培养模式。该培养模式下学生工程实践能力、国际化视野和创新能力显著提高,学生海外交流交换、出国深造人数明显上升,用人单位反馈毕业生满意度高。A large number of innovative engineering talents are urgently required for China to transform from super-engineering to power-engineering country. Talents with compound ability of engineering practice,innovation mind and international vision is needed for the solution of complex environmental problems. This raised new challenge for engineering high-education reform and cultivation of undergraduate student of environmental engineering. Based on the novel concept of "engineering-oriented,international cooperation,promote innovation,emphasize compound ability",we adopt a series of measures to build the mode cultivating undergraduate student of environmental engineering to be engineering-oriented and international innovative talents. Under this training mode,the ability of engineering practice,international vision and innovation ability of undergraduate gtudent are significantly improved. The students taking part in overseas exchange and studying abroad are significantly increased;Employers are highly satisfied with our graduates.
