充分发挥多媒体教学优势提高青年教师教学质量

摘　　要：在传统教学法的基础上积极开展现代多媒体教学,使二者有机结合起来,能取得更好的教学效果。在目前的大学教师结构中,青年教师占了一半以上的比例。他们中绝大多数具有较高的学历,专业知识扎实,精力旺盛,思维活跃,创新性强。但由于从高等院所毕业不久,教学经验不足,影响了教学质量的提高。为此,指导青年教师科学合理地使用好多媒体教学手段,是提高教学水平,促进学校可持续发展的重要举措。On the basis of the traditional teaching method to carry out the modern multimedia teaching,the organic combination of the two teaching methods can achieve better teaching effect. In the current structure of university teachers,young teachers accounted for more than half of the proportion. The vast majority of them have a higher degree of education,solid professional knowledge,energetic,active thinking and innovative. However,due to the lack of teaching experience,the teaching quality should be improved. For this reason,reasonal use of the modern multimedia teaching is an important measure to improve the teaching level and promote the sustainable development of the university.
