摘　　要：集体主义是社会主义道德体系的根本原则,近年来,党和国家高度重视集体主义教育,当前,独立学院的集体主义教育却不尽如人意,存在很多问题,本文明确了集体主义及集体主义教育的内涵范畴,认真梳理了独立学院开展集体主义教育过程中的存在的问题,并提出了系统性的对策。Collectivism is a fundamental principle of socialist moral system in recent years,the Party and the country attaches great importance to the education of collectivism,the collectivism education of independent colleges is not satisfactory,there are a lot of problems,this paper defines the connotation of the category of＂ collectivism education, summarizes the problems existing in the process of collective education in the development of independent college,and puts forward the countermeasures of the system.
