β-环糊精-苯甲酸包合物的制备条件优化研究

摘　　要：以β-环糊精和苯甲酸为原料,采用饱和溶液法制备β-环糊精-苯甲酸包合物,通过对其进行正交试验得到优化反应条件为:反应温度为60℃,反应时间为120min,投料比n(β-环糊精):n(苯甲酸)=1.0:2.0时,该包合反应的包合率最高。The β-cyclodextrin/benzoic acid inclusion complex was prepared by using β-cyclodextrin and benzoic acid as the starting materials. The optimum preparation conditions were gained by orthogonai tests as follows： at a reaction temperature of 60 ℃, for a reaction time of 120 min, and with a molar ratio of n（β- cyclodextrin） ：n （benzoic acid）=1.0：2.0, the inclusion ratio could reach the highest.
