摘  要:目的探讨实证护理教学法在护生临床带教中的应用方法及效果。方法便利抽样法选择2012年8月至2015年9月在第二军医大学长征医院健康管理科进行临床实习的104名实习护生为研究对象,将2012年8月至2013年12月入科实习的51名护生为对照组,采用传统带教方法;2014年1月至2015年9月入科实习的53名护生为观察组,采用实证护理教学法,评价并比较两组实习护生出科时的理论及实践考核成绩。结果观察组实习护生的理论及实践考核成绩均高于对照组实习护生,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在护生的临床带教中应用实证护理教学法可以帮助实习护生更好地掌握专业知识,提高专业技能,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the method in clinical teaching. Methods application method and effect of evidence-based nursing teaching By convenience sampling, 104 nursing interns were selected, 51 nursing interns from August 2012 to December 2013 were selected as control group and received conven- tional clinical teaching method, while another 53 nursing interns from January 2014 to September 2015 were selected as observation group, and received evidence-based nursing teaching method. The theoretical assessment grade and clinical practice score in two groups were compared.Results The theoretical assess- ment grade and clinical practice score in observation group were both higher than which in control group (all P〈0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing teaching method can help nursing interns to better master the professional knowledge and improve the clinical skills, which is worth of clinical promotion.
