“一带一路”战略下珠三角高职教育与经济社会的协同发展

摘　　要：珠三角是我国参与建设"一带一路"战略的关键,量珠三角的高职教育要顺应我国"一带一路"战略和珠三角经济社会的发展而进行改革和创新,培养能够参与"海上丝绸之路"事务、具有国际竞争力的复合型人才。本文在分析珠三角高职院校、政府与产业之间协同发展存在问题的基础上,引入三螺旋模型明晰珠三角高职院校与产业、政府之间的关系,构建三方有机互动、全方位合作的三螺旋模型,为培养适应珠三角经济社会发展、具有国际竞争力的应用型人才,推动"一带一路"战略实施和珠三角高职教育与经济的协同发展进行有益探索。The Pearl River Delta （PRD） is a key for China＇s participation in the construction of China＇s initiative of ＂the Beltand Road＂. The higher vocational education in the Pearl River Delta should be reformed and innovated according to ＂the Belt andRoad Initiative＂ and economic and social development in Pearl River Delta, thus versatile talents with international competitiveness can be brought up to take part in the ＂Maritime Sick Road＂ affairs. Based on the analysis of the problems in the coordinateddevelopment of higher vocational colleges, governments and industries in the Pearl River Delta, this paper introduces the triplehelix model to clarify the relationship between higher vocational colleges, industries and governments in the Pearl River Delta and
