高职院校学生人文素质教育的问题与策略探究

摘　　要：高职教育的主题是"育人",基本使命之一是提高人的素质。文化素质是基础素质,对于人的全面素质的提高起着重要的支撑作用。高职人文素质教育着眼于文化素质,立足传统文化,培育具有民族特色的人文精神,实现"文化育人"。当前高职教育普遍存在重技能轻人文、重功利轻素质的现象,不利于人才的全面发展,不能满足社会对人才的需求,因此,高职教育必须加强人文素质教育,坚持高职教育"育人"的原点,加强师资建设,构建特色教材,建设文化氛围,系统提高人文素质教育水平。Educating people is the theme of higher vocational education whose basic mission is to improve the quality of students. Cultural quality is the basic quality, which plays an important role in the improvement of the overall quality of people. It is of great significance to cultivate the humanistic spirit with the national characteristics by inheriting the traditional culture in humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges. At present, it is a very common phenomenon to pay much attention to practice skills in the daily education in higher vocational college, while it neglects the cultivation of the humanistic spirit and emotion, which is not conducive to the all-round development of talents, and can not meet the needs of society for talents. Therefore, higher vocational education calls for humanistic quality education and let higher vocational education returns to the original intention of educating people.
