摘  要:大学本科生的学习问题表现为学习动力不足、学习情绪倦态、学习心理浮躁,是由认知偏差、学习目的功利化、毅力不足等原因造成的。高校班主任作为一支重要的教育力量,可采取加强新生教育、重视班风建设、多元发展指导、搭建交流平台、关注心理健康等措施解决本科生的学习问题,提高本科院校办学水平。The learning problems of university students influences the quality of running school and has an impact on students,families and society.The study found that the students' learning problems reflect the performance of learning motivation,learning emotional weariness and learning psychology blundering.The main reasons are cognitive bias,utilitarian purpose of learning,lack of perseverance and other reasons.As an important educational power,head teachers in university can take some measures to strengthen the education of freshmen,pay attention to the construction of class atmosphere,multiple development guidance,build communication platform,pay attention to mental health and so on to solve the learning problems of undergraduates and improve the level of undergraduate education.
