高职毕业生党员就业和岗位适应状况调查——以湖北职业技术学院医学院为例  

Survey on Employment Situation of Graduate Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Medical College of Hubei Polytechnic Institute

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和访谈,了解毕业生党员就业和岗位适应情况,以及用人单位对其党性修养、知识结构、能力结构、素质结构等方面的评价。调查结果显示,绝大部分毕业生党员都能很快适应岗位要求,在工作中发挥了先锋模范作用,受到用人单位的好评,但也还存在一些不足。今后要加强学生党员的理想信念教育,在学生党建实践中引入就业教育,加强创新创业指导,多渠道、多途径构建毕业生党员组织关系转接和教育联动机制,进一步加强校友会建设。By questionnaires and interviews, we can understand the employment and job adaptation of Graduate Party Members as well as the employers＇ evaluation of their party spirit, knowledge structure, ability structure and quality structure. The results show that the vast majority of graduates can quickly meet the job requirements, play a vanguard role in the work and win the praise from employers, but there are still some flaws. In the future, we should strengthen the ideals and belief education of Graduate Party Members in higher vocational colleges, introduce employment education in the practice of student party building, strengthen the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship, and construct multi - channel of their organizational relationship transfer and education linkage mechanism to further strengthen the Alumni building.
