工程类大学生跨文化英语交流能力现状及培养策略研究

摘　　要：具备一定跨文化交流能力是我国工程类大学生毕业要求之一,也是我国工程人才更好地参与国际化竞争的保障。但调查表明我国大学英语系列课程对基于工程情景的跨文化交流能力培养还处在起步阶段,学生的跨文化英语交流能力一般,未达到用人单位期望。大学英语系列课程亟待转型,应建设"以结果为导向""以学生为中心"、符合时代需求的工程类大学英语课程体系,加大ESP教学和内容开发,创新教法,提高教师跨文化能力和ESP教学水平,以促成改革。Having intercultural communicative competence is a graduate requirement on college engineering students in Chinese engineer- ing education and enables them to fully participate in the international competition. But cultivation of intercultural connnunicafive competence for college engineering students is still in the preliminary phrase. Their competence is at the middle level,failing to satisfy the employers＇ expecta- tion. Conege English courses have to be transfonned. The reform is to be achieved by establishing the result-oriented, student-centered conege English system for engineering students based on the needs of the market, pmmotlng ESP teaching and course resource development,innovating the teaching methods and enhancing teachers＇ intercultural communicative competence and skills of ESP teaching.
