摘 要:"小学语文课程与教学论"是高师小学教育专业的必修课程。由于教学中缺乏核心培养目标,导致师范生专业情意淡薄、教学技能薄弱等问题。根据国际教师教育改革趋势和职后教师成长规律,研究性教育实践素质成为当代师范生的核心素质,以此为培养目标,必然需要新的培养机制,也带来了"小学语文课程与教学论"在教学目标设计、教学内容选择、教学实施途径等方面的新变革。Primary School Chinese Course and Teaching Theory is a compulsory course for primary education majors in normal universi- ties. The lack of core training objective in teaching leads to the weak professional affection and weak teaching skills of normal students. According to the trend of international teacher education reform and the growth of post service teachers,practical quality of research-based education has become the core quality of normal students. For this purpose new training mechanism is necessary,and it also brings about new changes in the design of teaching objectives, the selection of teaching content and the ways of teaching implementation.
