摘　　要：在综合分析中小学教师教育技术能力中级培训的研究现状、资源建设存在的问题和学习元概念的基础上,对培训数字资源的结构模型进行详细论述。以一个学习元的设计实例,描述中小学教师教育技术能力培训学习元的结构模型,通过元数据的描述、聚合模型以及生成性信息的描述、内容的描述、多元格式的描述等四大程序实现中小学教师教育培训的数字源设计。Based on a comprehensive analysis on the current situation of education technology ability training for primary and secondary school teachers,the existing problems in resource construction, and the concept of learning cell,this article expounds the structure model of training digital resources. The author,through practical design of one learning cell,describes the structure model of learning cell in education technology ability training for primary and secondary school teachers,and reveals the approaches to realize the digital training resources through four major programs： naeta-data description, polynmrization model and generative information description, content description and poly-unit format description.
