工程教育认证背景下工科专业环境法教学的改革探索

摘  要:对照工程教育认证标准,环境法授课的质量提升,可有效提高学生在沟通协作、团队合作及工程伦理等方面的能力,针对目前环境法学授课存在的大纲编制形式化、授课方式单一、师资水平不高的问题,提出顶层设计完善大纲编制、借助优秀影视作品进行课程导入、建设政-校合建开拓实践基地、丰富考核方式提升环保意识等建议,以提升环境法学的授课质量,培养具备社会责任意识及工程伦理的未来工程师。The improvement to the teaching quantity of environmental law would be preferable in enhancing the ability of teamwork, communication and engineering ethic according to the standards of accreditation of engineering education. Following measurements, including top-level design for well-organized teaching program, introduction of outstanding film works, construction of practice base and multi-forms for assessing, are believed to be effective to achieve these goals. And future engineers possess sense of social responsibility and engineering ethics are more likely to be brought up through this approach.
