摘　　要：随着材料科学与工程技术突飞猛进,社会对材料类专业人才的素质提出了越来越高的要求。本文针对重庆市各高校材料科学与工程专业,分析了人才培养方面存在的突出问题,研究改进的对策,培养出适应材料产业和技术飞速发展的合格人才。With the development of material science and engineering technology, society has put tbrward higher and higher requirements for the quality of material professional talents. This paper aims at the specialty of materials science and engineering for the Colleges and Universities in Chongqing area, the outstanding problems existing in the training of talents are analyzed. In order to cultivate qualified talents to adapt to the rapid development of the material industry and technology some countermeasures of improvement were put forward in this paper.
