摘　　要：教学管理文化是一个统称,指的是全校师生认同的和共享基于学校核心价值观的教学管理理论以及在此理论指导下的行为方式与物质形态的总和。总的来说,该理论包含了教学管理观,教学管理行为文化等。该理论的提出对每所学校都产生重要影响,但其具体实施如何,将有待考察,通过下面的简要阐述,将会对教学管理文化理论有初步的了解和见识。Teaching management culture is a general term referring to the sum total of teaching management theory getting all the teachers and students＇ recognition and sharing based on the school core values as well as behavioral patterns and physical forms under the guidance of the theory. Generally speaking, this theory includes teaching management concept, behavioral culture of teaching management and so on. The proposal of the theory has important influence on every school, but the specific implementation method is still to be investigated. The brief review in this paper will make us get preliminary knowledge of teaching management culture theory.
