职业教育背景下新建本科院校法学专业创新人才培养模式的构建

摘　　要：新建本科院校法学专业人才培养模式的结构调整与优化是提升法学专业人才培养质量和能力的重要机制。新建本科院校法学专业人才培养结构存在法学教育功能定位异化现象、系统性法学教育体系链条断裂现象、法学职业教育体系内部的知识组成结构和师资队伍创新结构不合理现象。因此,要建立动态的专业结构长效机制,强化教师的法律职业责任,提升融合发展的法学系统解决方案能力。The structural adjustment and optimization of the talent training mode for the law major in newly-established undergraduate universities is regarded as the important mechanism for improving the quality and competence of legal talents. In view of the talent training structure for the law major in newly-built colleges, there exist in terms of the functional orientation of legal education the phenomenon of alienation, the phenomenon of chain fracture in the systemic law education system, as well as the unreasonable phenomenon between the internal knowledge structure and innovation structure of teaching staff in legal vocational education system. Therefore, it is important to establish a dynamic and long- term mechanism of professional structure, to strengthen teachers legal professional responsibility, and to improve the ability of solving problems by integrating the developing legal system.
