摘　　要：综述了国内外塑料食品接触材料中抗氧化剂的安全性研究,塑料食品接触材料中抗氧化剂种类,塑料食品接触材料中抗氧化剂迁移的危害,抗氧化剂的迁移规律和国内外检测技术研究进展。比较了我国与主要发达国家的法律法规和检测标准,在分析和总结的基础上提出了加强我国塑料食品接触材料中抗氧化剂使用与管理的建议。This paper reviewed the study about the safety of antioxidants in plastic food contact materials, the types of antioxidants and the migration toxic in food contact materials, the migration law of antioxidants and the research status of thedetection technology at home and abroad. It compared the laws and regulations and the test standards of China with the main developed countries, and put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the use and management of antioxidants in plastic food contact mater/als in China on the basis of analysis and summarization.
