摘 要:校园足球教练员与竞技足球教练员在职业归属、培养目标、业务内容等方面有明显的区别,是不同场域下对足球内涵的表达。采用文献资料法、访谈法、专家法等研究校园足球教练员执教能力及其培养。发现我国校园足球教练员培训主要在校园足球教练员培训的对象选择、培训课程设置结构与教学资料、培训讲师团的业务素质水平、校园足球培训的评价及其激励机制等方面存在问题,究其根源在于对校园足球教练员执教能力的认识不够清晰,摸石头过河。以"素质冰山"模型为理论基础,认为校园足球教练员的执教能力主要包括执教品质、教学与训练能力、比赛组织与指挥能力、技术与方法创新能力、运动队管理能力、信息处理与科学研究能力。建议:完善校园足球教练员培训制度体系;加深对校园足球教练员培养规律的认识;突出对校园足球教练员思想品质的培养,优化校园足球教练员培训的课程结构;注重校园足球教练员学习能力的提升。The School football coaches and athletic football coaches in the professional belonging,training objectives,business content,etc,a significant difference between the two,is an expression of the connotation of the football under the different field. To study the teaching ability and training of football coaches,such as literature,interview and expert law. Found our School football coaches training mainly in the School football coaches training object selection,training,curriculum structure and teaching materials,training of educational service quality level,the School football training evaluation and incentive mechanisms,as well as problems,investigate its root lies in the understanding of the School football coaches coaching ability is not clear,the touch stone across the river. Based on the theory of "quality" iceberg model,think that the School football coaches coaching ability mainly includes the teaching quality,teaching and training,organization and command ability,technology and method of innovation ability,team management ability,information processing and scientific research ability. Suggestions:improve the training system of football coaches in schools; To deepen the awareness of the training of School football coaches; To highlight the cultivation of the ideological quality of football coaches in the campus and optimize the curriculum structure of the training of football coaches in the campus; Pay attention to the improvement of the school football coach's ability learning process.
