摘　　要：《药事管理学》课程是药学专业开设的一门专业必修课,也是国家执业药师资格考试的重要科目之一。本文以国家执业药师资格考试为导向,针对现行《药事管理学》教学中存在的问题,构建案例教学与任务驱动式教学相结合的新型教学模式,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣,增强其职业技能,培养更具执业药师素养的药学服务型人才。Pharmacy administration is a major required course of undergraduates majored in pharmacy,which is also one of the important subjects of national licensed pharmacist examination. This paper introduces the problems existing in the teaching of pharmacy administration course based on the national licensed pharmacist examination,and constructs a new model of effective teaching,which based on case analysis for teaching central link, and teaching mode was also added by task-driven teaching,in order to enhance students＇ interest in learning and improving their professional mission. The teaching reform of pharmacy administration will train students to become pharmaceutical service talents with licensed pharmacist literacy.
