摘　　要：教学管理在高校各项管理中占据核心地位,教学管理队伍是高校管理队伍的重要组成部分,一支高素质的教学管理队伍,是保证教学平稳有序进行、推进各项教学建设与教学改革的重要前提与保障。教务管理队伍是教学管理队伍的主力军。文章从高校教务管理建设存在的主要问题出发,深入分析存在问题的主要原因,初步提出了加强高校教学管理队伍建设的对策。Teaching management as a core position in the management of universities,the teaching management team is an important part of university management team. A high quality of teaching management team is able to ensure smooth and orderly,and to promote the teaching construction and teaching reform. Educational administration management team is the main force of teaching management team. Article embarks from the main problems of university educational administration construction,in-depth analysis of the main causes of problems,and put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of college teaching management team.
