摘　　要：建设高水平导师队伍有利于提升研究生教育的质量,提高高校办学水平,增强综合国力。本文通过教育部历年数据论述了我国普通高校研究生导师队伍建设存在的不足,并针对问题提出了建设高层次、高素质导师队伍的几点策略。Building high-level instructors team is beneficial for improving the quality of masters＇ program,the level of higher education,and thus enhancing the overall national strength. Based on statistics from the Ministry of Education over years,the thesis mainly focuses on the deficiency existing in college instructors＇ team building,and therefore works out a few strategies about how to build a high-level,high-quality instructors team.
