慕课背景下高校英语教师角色转型策略

摘　　要：慕课作为一种新的教育形式,在全世界范围内发展迅速。慕课时代的来临给我国传统的高等教育带来了巨大的冲击和影响。慕课背景下,大学英语教师应以慕课为契机,探索新的教学模式,以慕课为平台转换自身角色,适应时代教学发展的步伐。本文从慕课这个视角进行研究,旨在分析慕课对教师角色的影响,确立慕课教师角色定位以及提出慕课教师角色转型策略。MOOC,as a new educational form,springs up globally in recent years,which brings profound effect on the traditional college English teaching. Under the background of MOOC, college English teachers in the new era should take MOOC as the opportunity to explore new teaching mode,regard MOOC as a platform,transform their roles,constantly keep up with the pace of development of the times. The paper aims at analyzing the influence that MOOC has made on teachers＇ role,establishing the role definition of teacher and proposing the transformation strategy of teachers＇ role.
