摘　　要：研究生教育承担着为国家现代化建设出力,着重培养高素质、高文化、创造性人才的目的。本文分析了现阶段我国研究生教育发展过程存在的一些现象,通过对比美国等发达国家的研究生教育,提出了新阶段我国研究生教育改革与创新的一些思路,希冀可以通过改革与创新,促使我国研究生教育事业能够取得更大的进步与成就。The graduate education is shouldering the cultivating the high quality, high-level creative talents for national modernization. This paper analyzes the process of postgraduate education development in our country exists at some phenomenon,through comparison of postgraduate education in the developed countries such as America,puts forward the .new stage of graduate education in our country some ideas of reform and innovation, through reform and innovation,postgraduate education in China can make greater progress and achievement.
