赏识教育在高校教学中的运用探究

摘　　要：当代大学生两极分化现象严重,急需探求提升教育质量的有效方法。大学生处于特殊的生理和心理阶段,仍需要获得教师的赏识不断强大自己。针对高校学生特点,将赏识教育应用于日常教学中,试图从内因去激励学生,激发他们的潜能,培养其主动学习意识,形成学习的良性循环,改善教育效果。Polarization phenomenon of undergraduate is serious.Therefore,it is urgent to explore new ways for improving higher education quality.Undergraduates are in a special physiological and psychological stage.They also need to be appreciated by others and be strong.According to the characteristics of undergraduates,we apply appreciation education in daily teaching,attempt to motivate undergraduates from the internal,stimulate their potential,cultivate their active learning consciousness,form a virtuous cycle of learning and improve education effectiveness ultimately.
