摘　　要：广西建设职业技术学院积极探索实施院系二级管理体制改革,其改革的目的、改革方案设计、改革重点确立、改革效果评价,以及通过改革实现"权力下放""重心下移",并使院系真正成为"权责中心"等一系列作法,可以为实现治理视域下的二级管理体制改革提供有益参考。Guangxi Vocational College of Construction Technology vigorously probes into implementation of the second level management system reform. The purpose is to carry out the practices of shifting adminis-tration power and the core work to the grassroots level, make it true for the second level colleges to be the rights and responsibilities centers and provide worthwhile references for implementation of the second level management system reform from a governance perspective.
