摘　　要：针对我国高校图书馆学科服务能力建设在学科馆员及团队建设、学科服务相关的体制机制建设、学科服务平台建设等方面存在的问题和不足,利用SECI知识创造螺旋的相关理论指导其建设,以促进我国高校图书馆学科服务能力的提升。文章具体阐述了SECI知识创造螺旋在增加学科馆员工作技能和经验、健全和完善学科服务相关的体制机制、完善和优化学科服务平台功能等方面的应用,并通过实例进行了说明。There are shortcomings of capacity building of subject service of academic libraries in regard to the subject librarian and team building, the construction of system and mechanism and the subject service platform. This paper aims to use relevant theories of SECI model to guide capacity building of subject service of academic libraries, and improve the capacity of subject service of academic libraries. It puts forward the application of SECI model in capacity building of subject service of academic libraries, such as increasing work skills and experience of subject librarian, perfecting relevant construction of system and mechanism, improving the function of subject service platform and so on, and gives an example.
