摘　　要：校企文化融合是高职院校校企深度合作培养高职人才的关键。文章从高职校企文化融合内涵入手,指出校企文化融合的必要性,分析当前存在的高职院校重视程度不够、校企文化融合深度不够、校企文化融合呈现单向性等问题,并针对这些问题提出了校企文化融合的若干对策。College-enterprise culture integration is the key point to cultivate talents in higher vocational colleges.This paper researches the connotation and necessity of college-enterprise culture integration, analyses the problems such as not enough attention and research on culture integration in higher vocational colleges; cultural integration between college-enterprise presents unipolarity. The paper also puts forward several coun-termeasures.
