摘 要:教师教学决策是课堂教学质量的关键影响因素,对整个教学活动流程起着导向作用。由于对主体经验的过度依赖和相关教学信息的把握不足,面对复杂的教学情境容易造成决策失当。教育大数据对信息的整合、预测及内在的理性价值追求,能够实现教学设计的数据引导与科学预测、教学互动的即时决策与个性引导、教学评价的系统评估与有效反馈。它是实现教学决策合理化、科学化的有效手段。借鉴西方发达国家利用教育大数据支持教育教学决策的实践经验,结合我国的现实情境,此研究提出了我国基于教育大数据改进教学决策的实现路径,建议从整合优化教育数据系统、提供政策支持与数据质量标准、培养提升教师数据素养、将数据教育纳入教师培训体系等方面,促进教师教学科学决策的能力和水平的提高。Teacher's teaching decision-making is the key influential factors of teaching quality,which plays a guiding role in the whole process of teaching activities. Due to the excessive dependence on the subjective experience and the insufficient information,it is easy for teachers to make improper decisions when facing the complicate teaching situation. The big data in education, which are characterized by information integration, prediction and internal rationalization, can promote teacher's instructional design, instructional interaction and instructional assessment through data guidance, scientific prediction,instant decision,personalized guidance and systematic feedback. It ensures the reasonable and scientific teaching decision-making. Drawing up the experiences in using data to support education and teaching decision-making in US, this study explores the path to improve teacher's teaching decision-making in the context of China. It suggests integrating educational data systems,using policy to set data quality standards,promoting the data literacy of teachers and integrating data education with the existing training programs.
