摘　　要：技能竞赛表面上是"赛学生",更是"赛教师",在一定程度上也是各个学校及专业办学能力的体现。文中以物流专业为例,在"课赛融通"的模式下,将竞赛项目融入课程教学中去,推进物流专业课程的改革、"以赛代考"考评方式的创新、师资队伍实践能力的提升、校内实训设施设备的建设以及校企深度合作。The skills competition is ostensibly ＂student＂ and ＂teacher＂,which is also a reflection of various schools and their ability to run schools. In logistics professional,for example,this paper under the mode of ＂class＂ accommodation,＂blend in race course teaching,promote the reform of logistics professional courses,obtaining a＂to instead of the innovation of the appraisal way,the ability of the teachers practice,the construction of campus training facilities and the depth of university-enterprise cooperation.
