摘  要:美国建立了一套较为成熟和完善的职前外语教师培养质量保障机制,相关经验值得借鉴。文章以美国《外语教师培养标准》为例,从学习标准践行力、交际教学、文化教学、内容教学和课程资源五个方面评析美国职前外语教师教学技能素养的培养标准,并探讨其对我国职前英语教师教学技能培养的启示。America has established a quite sou nd and mature system to guarantee the quality of pre-service foreign language teacher education,providing a reference for us.Based on ACTFL/CAEP Program Standards for the Preparation of Foreign Language Teachers,this paper analyzes standards of teaching skills for the preparation of American foreign language teachers from five aspects:Implementation of standards of learning,communicative teaching,culture teaching,content teaching and curriculum resources.The implications of the standards of Chinese student foreign language teacher's teaching skills have also been discussed.
