摘　　要：高校开展课外体育活动不仅是提高大学生身体素质的重要手段与唯一途径,它也是大学体育教学活动的一部分,是体育教学的延伸,本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对东莞理工学院城市学院等东莞市7所高校课外体育活动的开展现状进行研究与分析,并提出建议,为推动高校体育工作提供理论依据。Extracurricular sports activities in colleges are not only an important manner to improve college students＇ physical quality,but also an extended part of colleges sports teaching. In this paper,documentary,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics methods are used to research and analyze the current situations of extracurricular sports activities in 7 colleges in Dongguan including City College of Dongguan University of Technology. Suggestion are offered to provide theoretical basis to promote e college sports teaching.
