摘　　要：文章介绍了酒店管理系统出现的背景及在生活中的重要作用。系统主要用户包括操作人员、管理人员和客户三类。系统功能模块图显示了系统的各个组成部分。系统架构分为设备层、传输层、数据层、应用层以及用户层。系统实现给出了客房管理、经营信息管理和顾客客户端的流程图。In the paper,it introduces you the background of hotel management system and the important role it plays in everyday life.There are three categories of users,operators,managers and customers. The function module diagram shows the parts of the system. The sys-tem’s architecture is composed of equipment layer,transmission layer,data layer,application layer and user layer. The flow charts of guest room management,business information management and customer client are given in the implementation part.
