摘　　要：在梳理教学学术能力概念的基础上,借助既往研究成果,建立体育院校青年教师教学学术能力指标体系。依据该指标体系设计问卷,以山东体育学院青年教师为调查对象,分析体育教师教学学术能力现状,基于此寻求体育院校青年教师教学学术能力发展的有效机制。On the basis of carding the concept of academic ability of teaching, and with the helpof previous research results, it established an index system of teaching academic ability foryoung teachers in PE institutes. According to the index system design questionnaire, and withthe young teachers from Shandong Sports University as the subjects, it analysed the currentsituation of their academic ability, and try to find out an effective mechanism of thedevelopment of their academic abilities based on it.
