摘　　要：我国大学生创造力低下、创新动力不足是不争的事实,重视理论学习轻视实际操作,对创新能力的培养没有引起足够的重视。《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》明确指出:围绕提高自主创新能力、建设创新型国家,以高层次创新型科技人才为重点,努力造就一批世界水平的科学家、科技领军人才、工程师和高水平创新团队,注重培养一线创新人才和青年科技人才,建设宏大的创新型科技人才队伍。It is an indisputable fact that the creativity of college students is low and the motive force of innovation is insufficient.We pay attention to the theory study and despise the actual operation, and we haven＇t paid enough attention to the cultivation of creative ability. The ＂National Program for Medium and Long-term Talent Development（2010-2020）＂ clearly pointed out： we should focus on improving the ability of independent innovation and build an innovative country with high level innovative talents of science and technology as the focus, so as to create a number of world-class scientists, leading scientists, engineers and high levels of innovation teams, and we should also pay attention to the training of first-line creative talents and young talents, so as to construct a great team of creative science and technology talents.
