摘 要:为了充分利用异养小球藻发酵及油脂生产过程中出现的藻渣,本文以p H、NH_4^+、COD(化学需氧量)、总含碳量、VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)含量、产气量为指标,将异养小球藻发酵及油脂生产过程中产生的藻渣作为研究对象进行沼气发酵。结果表明:使用酸热法提油后藻渣为原料的发酵体系在50℃的发酵温度下,1000 m L发酵液56 d的产气量最高,为7700 m L。在发酵过程中,其pH一直下降,酸化过程良好,NH_4^+、COD、VFA含量、总碳含量变化幅度不大,说明原料利用率相对较高、发酵过程比较稳定。本研究为异养小球藻提油工艺选择及油脂生产过程中废渣的资源化利用提供了参考。In order to make full use of algae residue in the process of fermentation and oil production of heterotrophic ChloreUa, the pH, NH4^+ , COD, total carbon content, VFA content and gas production were used as the indexes and algae residue in the production process were used as a research object for biogas fermentation in this article.The results showed that the fermentation system of using raw material by thermal acid 1000 mL of fermentation broth 56 days of gas production was 7700 mL at 50 ℃ fermentation temperature, the gas production was the highest.In this fermentation process,the pH was decreased,indicating that the acidification process is proceeding smoothly.NH4^+ , COD, VFA content, total carbon content change range is small, indicating that the raw material utilization rate was relatively high, the fermentation process was relatively stable.The research provides a reference for the selection of oil extraction process from heterotrophic Chlorella and the use of waste during the process of oil production.
