10号航空液压油在油气弹簧寒区工况的应用研究

摘　　要：为了验证某车油气弹簧在寒区正常工作时所用液压油的合理性,并给出油液更换标准,根据该车油气弹簧寒区工作特点,依据寒区用油性能需求,对其所用的10号航空液压油的理化参数做了分析与检测。结果表明:10号航空液压油满足该车油气弹簧寒区用油要求,并给出液压油更换的依据。To verify the rationality of the hydraulic oil used in the normal operation of a hydro-pneumatic spring in cold area,and give the replacement standards,according to the working characteristics of hydro-pneumatic spring and demands for the oil in cold area,analysis and tests were done for the physical and chemical parameters of No.10 aviation hydraulic oil.The results show that the No.10 aviation hydraulic oil can meet the requirements of the hydro-pneumatic spring in cold area,the replacement basis is also given.
