职教协同背景下高职院校学风建设机制探讨

摘　　要：通过分析高职院校学风建设中存在的问题,探讨在职教协同办学的背景下,以产学融合、校企合作为主要特征的培养新模式对高职院校的学风建设带来新的挑战,提出改善高职院校学风的具体措施和方法。Through analyzing the existing problems in the construction of study style, the paper explores the new challenges that new training mode brought to the construction of study style in vocational colleges un-der the background of vocational education coordination. The features of the new training mode are production learning integration and school enterprises cooperation. The paper also summarizes the specific measures and methods to improve learning style in higher vocational colleges.
